Responsibilities- Lead the preparation, coordination, and timely submission of Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposals (RFP) for tenders, ensuring compliance with client requirements.
- Create comprehensive Bill of Quantities (BOQ), Internal Costing, and Solution Documents. High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) are optional but advantageous.
- Provide first-level technical support to clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Collaborate closely with account managers to assist and support their requests, ensuring that client needs are met efficiently.
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
- 1-3 years of experience as a Presales or Solution Architect, or a background as a Post-sales Network Engineer.
- Experience in delivering network solutions for the Financial Services Industry (FSI), including banking, insurance, and fintech, is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge and expertise in Cisco, Huawei, or Aruba technologies for Enterprise Networking (Routing & Switching, Wireless, SD-Access, SD-WAN) and Data Center Networking (including SD-DC).
- Demonstrates core Presales competencies including proposal development, technical presentations, solution demonstrations, and effective collaboration with sales, product, and delivery teams.
- Strong Communication and Time Management Skill
- Willing to be placed in Karawaci, Tangerang /Kuningan, South Jakarta
