Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field. From reputable universities is a must.
Has Business Level in English language (Spoken & Written) is mandatory.
Korean and Mandarin are a plus.
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferable experienced in the same field of coal industry (surveyor company, shipper, trader or buyer).
Required Skills: Good negotiation skill, Strong communication and presentation skills in English, Planning and organization skills.

Job Descriptions:

Making Sales Invoicing to Buyers (Including checking the tax invoice)
Checking the shipping documents
Prepare the documents for Letter of Credit
Match DMO data recap with the GAM actual sales quantity for a whole year to be reported to ESDM in reconciliation
Recapitulating the outstanding payment weekly
Updating the sales price to site (PT.GAM) weekly
Follow up the buyer to make the payment paid on time
Other responsibilities as required or as assigned
