- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calls, networking, and strategic lead generation.

- Present and promote our logistics solutions to prospective customers in a professional and persuasive manner.
- Negotiate and close deals that align with company objectives and client needs.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver seamless service to clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and share insights with management.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales or Account Management — Logistics / Freight Forwarding experience is a strong plus.
- Proven record in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).
- A proactive, relationship-driven mindset with a passion for delivering results.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data-driven decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
