What You'll Do
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calls, networking, and strategic lead generation.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Present and promote our logistics solutions to prospective customers in a professional and persuasive manner.
  • Negotiate and close deals that align with company objectives and client needs.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver seamless service to clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and share insights with management.
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales or Account Management — Logistics / Freight Forwarding experience is a strong plus.
  • Proven record in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).
  • A proactive, relationship-driven mindset with a passion for delivering results.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and data-driven decision-making.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
