About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Support Specialist to join our dynamic team at RELX International. This full-time role will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia, and will play a crucial part in driving the success of our retail channel marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Order Process Management: Handle the end-to-end order processing cycle, ensuring all orders are confirmed and executed accurately and in a timely manner.
2.Inventory Coordination & Communication: Manage daily inventory data, proactively communicate stock levels, highlight potential risks, and coordinate stock replenishment to keep the sales team informed.
3.Logistics Information Tracking: Monitor and track order shipment status, and promptly update and communicate relevant Air Waybill numbers and Estimated Time of Arrival to salespersons.
4.Data Maintenance & Management: Systematically maintain and update core data, including client details, credit limits, payment status, and order records, to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Qualifications:
1.Associate degree or above in Business, Administration, or a related field is preferred.
2.Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in sales support, order processing, or data management.
3.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong skills in Excel.
4.Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in data handling.
5.Excellent time management and multitasking abilities, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
6.Good communication skills in English , and a strong team player.
