General Manager Operations

We are seeking an experienced and strategic‑minded General Manager to lead our overall business operations and drive organizational growth in a manufacturing & engineering company.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee company operations, systems, and workflows to enhance productivity, efficiency, and cost‑effectiveness.
  • Develop business plans, oversee implementation, and evaluate performance to ensure the achievement of company strategies and objectives.
  • Lead and evaluate the performance of HR, General Affairs, IT, and Finance & Accounting functions to ensure optimal resource allocation and organizational effectiveness.

Specification
