Job Description:
- Place and process orders with the logistics warehouse
- Schedule and coordinate vehicle dispatch for deliveries
- Check and update stock availability before placing orders
- Prepare and manage delivery documents (delivery orders, invoices, etc.)
- Input and update shipment data in the system
- Coordinate with drivers, warehouse staff, and other departments to ensure smooth delivery
- Monitor shipment progress and handle any delivery issues
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 year experience in logistics and warehouse
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Detail oriented, organized, and responsible
- Basic understanding of delivery and inventory processes
- Willing to work flexible hours if needed
