Senior HRGA / HRGA

We are seeking a HRGA / Senior HRGA who will take full responsibility for HR operations, recruitment, training, office administration, and people development . This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building structure, and is passionate about developing people and improving organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviews, onboarding).
  • Maintain and update employee data, contracts, and performance records .
  • Handle payroll administration, attendance, and leave management .
  • Lead the People KPI management and review process , ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Support the management team in performance evaluation and talent development discussions .
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives.
Training & Development
  • Set up and coordinate training and development programs for all departments.
  • Track and measure training effectiveness and employee progress .
  • Partner with management to identify skill gaps and growth opportunities .
  • Build a learning culture within the organization through continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee office operations, facilities, and vendor management .
  • Manage procurement, office supplies, and company asset control .
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, licenses, and legal requirements .
  • Support management in operational planning, documentation, and coordination .
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field .
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HRGA, HR Operations, or HRBP functions.
  • Strong understanding of HR systems, KPI management, and Indonesian labor law .
  • Proven experience in training coordination or L&D implementation .
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, structured, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
