About the Role
We're looking for a
hands-on marketing leader
who knows Southeast Asia inside out. You'll design and execute
localized marketing strategies
for SMEs, combining
online campaigns
(Google SEO/SEM, social media) with
impactful offline activations
(regional print, client salons, industry roundtables). If you've got
FinTech or SME marketing experience in SEA
, this is your stage to shine.
What You'll Do
- Go local:
Regular visits to SMEs across Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia to understand needs and build strong relationships. - Offline campaigns:
Organize client salons, roundtables, and community activations; collaborate with chambers of commerce & industry associations. - Digital marketing:
Manage local websites and social media; run Google & social campaigns to drive B2B engagement. - Trade & events:
Design marketing content for SME payment solutions, participate in key fintech/trade events to grow brand presence. - Collaborate:
Work closely with sales and agencies to optimize campaigns and drive measurable results.
You Have
- 5+ years marketing experience; 3+ years focused on Southeast Asia (Indonesia/Thailand/Malaysia).
- Proven
SME-focused marketing campaigns
, both offline and online. - FinTech or trading services experience, understanding SME financial needs (payments, credit, SaaS).
- Fluent English; proficiency in Indonesian, Thai, or Malay is a plus.
- Strong
local market instincts
& willingness to travel frequently. - Data-driven, comfortable using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Power BI).
Bonus Points
- Experience launching new SEA markets or leading brand upgrades.
- Local media, industry associations, or KOL networks.
