What You'll be Doing
- Develop and execute authentic Italian dishes aligned with Bonvoy's casual-dining concept.
- Innovate new menu items that blend Italian flavors with local inspirations.
- Ensure quality, consistency, and plating aesthetics.
- Manage kitchen prep, ingredient inventory, and food costing.
- Work closely with management to develop seasonal and promotional menus.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Italian or Western kitchens (restaurant, hotel, or café).
- Strong understanding of pasta, sauce, and pizza preparation.
- Able to maintain hygiene standards and kitchen discipline.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and a team player.
- Based in or willing to work in
Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta

Compensation
- Monthly salary:
IDR 6,000,000
(depending on experience). - Meals and service charge benefits provided.
