Detail, teliti, cekatan, bertanggung jawab, bersedia bekerja mobile

Berpengalaman mengontrol > 3 cabang

Bertanggung jawab atas 5-10 cabang (mobile) cloud kitchen di wilayah Jabodetabek dan sekitarnya

Melakukan audit restoran F&B secara detail, baik dari segi quality control, quality assurance, inventory control, penilaian terhadap team operasional, dll

Mengecek aplikasi GrabFood, GoFood dan ShopeeFood, memastikan seluruh cabang beroperasisonal dengan benar (tidak mematikan menu, menutup store, dll)

Menjaga KUALITAS makanan yang disajikan

Memastikan operasional berjalan sesuai SOP

Melakukan proses training baik soft skill maupun hard skill

Training Food Safety, SOP, hygiene kepada karyawan operasional

Menganalisis adanya ketidaksesuaian proses dan penyimpangan produk jadi
