Overview

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer with experience in Electronic Data Capture (EDC) application development. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining frontend applications for EDC terminals and related payment systems. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented engineer with strong technical expertise in UI/UX for embedded or transaction-based systems.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain frontend applications for EDC devices and payment-related platforms.
  • Collaborate with backend developers, QA, and product teams to deliver seamless and secure transaction flows.
  • Translate design and business requirements into efficient, maintainable, and scalable code.
  • Ensure application performance, reliability, and compliance with security standards.
  • Conduct debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning for EDC interfaces.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in payment systems and EDC development.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields .
  • Proven experience as a Frontend Engineer or EDC Application Developer .
  • Strong knowledge of Java or C for frontend EDC development (GoLang experience is a plus).
  • Familiarity with transaction message formats (ISO 8583) and payment protocols.
  • Experience in payment or switching systems is highly preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
