Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients or investors by providing exceptional service, understanding their financial objectives, and guiding them toward suitable solutions.
- Provide personalized financial advice and investment recommendations aligned with clients’ goals and risk profiles.
- Proactively seek opportunities to expand the retail client base and increase assets under management (AUM).
- Manage sales efforts, including crafting and delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and tracking sales activity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university, majoring in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in sales/marketing within the investment industry.
- Proven track record of successfully growing AUM and expanding client portfolios.
- Existing network of high‑net‑worth clients is a plus.
- Preferably holds an active WAPERD (Mutual Fund Selling Agent Representative) or WPPE (Broker Dealer) & WMI (optional).

Relationship Manager Priority – Location: (Not specified)Job Description:
- Acquiring, maintaining, growing, and deepening relationships with existing and prospective priority customers.
- Identifying the financial or investment needs and objectives of such customer or prospective customers.
- Introducing alternative suitable banking products to meet the needs and objectives.
- Providing customers with professional advice.
- Providing premium customer service.
- Become a Financial Advisor for Priority customers.
- Achieve business targets according to the KPIs set.
- Submit reports on the development of customer funds.
- Responsible for priority center managers or authorized bank officials in accordance with existing regulations and policies.
Qualification:
- Minimum 2 years experience as Relationship Manager, preferably those who have handled priority customers.
- Good knowledge of banking funding/wealth management products and services.
- Well developed interpersonal, relationship and communication skills.
- Good at selling/influencing.
- Certified on BSMR, AASI, WAPERD and WM1.
Job Description:

- Acquiring new customers in HSBC Premier Segment and providing Wealth Management products to customers.
- Represent HSBC and work closely with mentors to develop networks and relationships with prospective customers and colleagues.
Requirements:
- Hold minimum of Bachelor's Degree.
- Have minimum 1 year experience in sales/funding banking industry and acquire new customers.
- High motivation and strong sales driven.
- Passion to build career in sales area and good networking is a must.
- High motivation and strong commercial drive.
- Able to work in a team.
- Will be placed at various Indonesian locations.
