Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and growth-driven Marketing Executive to strengthen our presence in the global B2B fintech and brokerage industry.
This role focuses on lead acquisition, client relationship management, digital B2B branding, and partnership development — connecting us with financial institutions worldwide.
You will work closely with the business and product teams to plan and execute strategic outreach campaigns, create engaging marketing materials, build long lasting partnerships, and represent us in key industry international events.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire potential broker leads through digital platforms, professional networks, and industry databases.
- Conduct campaign outreach via email, LinkedIn, or chat to engage and nurture leads.
- Create and manage outreach templates, campaign messages, and communication materials.
- Develop and publish medium-form content (articles, insights, LinkedIn posts) to enhance company's B2B visibility and brand presence.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (e.g. CTR, engagement, conversion) and provide optimization insights.
- Represent company in international expos, events, and networking activities to establish new partnerships and strengthen client relationships.
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships with other businesses and global clients.
- Support strategic collaborations with industry players to increase brand awareness and business opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in B2B Marketing, Business Development, or Partnership Management. Experience in the fintech or brokerage industry, as well as involvement in related projects, freelance work, or internships, will be considered a plus.
- Strong understanding of lead generation, outreach strategy, and digital communication tools.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English (at least conversational level).
- Familiar with campaign tools (email marketing, LinkedIn, CRM, analytics).
- Basic knowledge of content performance metrics and analysis.
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and coordination skills.
- Proactive, target-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work onsite in Batu, East Java, and attend industry events when required.
