As an Account Executive, you will serve as the key liaison between clients and the internal team, ensuring that client needs and digital marketing goals are effectively translated into actionable strategies. This role requires strong communication skills, a solid understanding of digital marketing, and excellent project and relationship management abilities.

Job Descriptions :

  • Manage and grow relationships with clients across industries.
  • Translate client goals into clear briefs for internal teams.
  • Collaborate with creative, media, and performance teams to execute campaigns.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to support client strategy development.
  • Deliver proposals, presentations, and performance reports.
  • Handle client feedback and complaints in a professional and solution-oriented manner.
  • Ensure projects are on time, on budget, and KPI-driven.
  • Spot opportunities for upselling & cross-selling.

Requirements :

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Account Executive / Project Management (agency or tech preferred).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Content Marketing).
  • Able to handle multiple projects with attention to detail.
  • Familiar with Google Workspace, Trello/Asana, and CRM tools.
  • (Bonus) Fluent in English & strong negotiation skills.
