Warehouse Planning Engineer (Mandarin Speaker) at J&T Cargo Indonesia (PT Global Yimi Cargo)
Location: West Karawang, West Java, Indonesia
Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Lead and optimize warehouse operations for electrical products, focusing on layout, space, and resource allocation.
- Operational Oversight: Manage the full product lifecycle in the warehouse, from receiving to dispatch, and ensure smooth, efficient flow.
- Data Analysis: Use data to identify trends, forecast needs, and create reports for senior management to improve performance.
- Team Leadership: Guide and mentor junior planning staff while acting as a key liaison between logistics and other departments.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and implement new processes or technologies.

- Fluent in Mandarin; additional fluency in English is a plus.
- 5-6 years of experience in logistics or supply chain planning, with proven experience in a senior role, specifically with electric products.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is required.
- Expertise in planning software (WMS, ERP systems like SAP) and advanced data analysis tools (Excel).
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- Excellent strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making abilities.
