Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sudirman for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding customer needs, and ensuring the successful delivery of IT services. They will work closely with the sales and technical teams to develop and implement strategic plans, monitor project progress, and ensure customer satisfaction. The Account Manager will also be tasked with identifying new business opportunities, preparing reports, and providing regular updates to senior management.
