Job Description
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to restaurant standards and recipes.
- Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation are consistent for every order.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area at all times.
- Assist in daily food preparation, mise en place, and portioning before service.

- Cooperate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Job Requirements
- Minimum high school graduate (SMU/SMK) or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year experience as Cook or Commis in a restaurant.
- Good knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
- Able to follow recipes accurately and maintain portion control.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Able to work efficiently under pressure during busy hours.
- Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and cleanliness.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
