We're looking for IT Support Analytics will be responsible for analyzing data, providing technical support, troubleshooting technical issues, and delivering actionable insights to support business goals. Daily responsibilities include data tracking, collection, processing, and analysis, as well as working with cross‑functional teams to inform strategic decision‑making.
Qualifications:
- Fresh graduate with a D4/S1 degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) – minimum C1 level (TOEFL/TOEIC/EF SET).
- Proficient in Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics, and CRM platforms.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with good understanding of IT support, troubleshooting, and teamwork.
- Adaptable and eager to learn new technologies and tools.
