*Job Description*
Prepare a biweekly schedule based on the master schedule.
Prepare and submit work permits to consultants/owners.
Prepare and submit shop drawings to consultants/owners.
Prepare and submit material approvals to consultants/owners.
Create daily reports covering all project activities, including any issues encountered.
Develop material procurement planning to be submitted to the procurement and purchasing team every 2 weeks.
Calculate work volume and material requirements for structure, architecture, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works.
Calculate subcontractors'/labor foremen's actual progress (real opname).
Document project progress on a weekly basis at maximum and prepare monthly reports.
Coordinate with the Supervisor regarding technical work in the field.
Coordinate with the Site Manager on project progress reporting at the site.
Coordinate with the Drafter regarding drawing for construction requirements.
Coordinate with the Safety Officer regarding occupational safety in the project area.
*Qualification*
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture or related field.
Minimum 2 years or above of experience in construction.
Proficient in reading and understanding technical drawings (design drawing & drawing for construction).
Good understanding of construction work methods and project management.
Skilled in calculating work volumes and material requirements (structure, architecture, MEP).
Capable of preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports in a systematic and organized manner.
Proficient in using supporting software (AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, MS Excel, etc.).
Strong communication and coordination skills with multiple stakeholders (Owner, Consultant, Supervisor, Site Manager, Drafter, Safety Officer).
Detail-oriented, thorough, and able to work within deadlines.
Willing to be assigned to project sites and available to work night shifts if required.
