Plan, execute, and conduct laboratory and production‑scale trials for new product development and support new product launches.
Improve existing products – from formula optimization and raw material alternatives to enhancing quality, cost efficiency (COGS), and process effectiveness.
Develop and manage standard R&D documents, including raw material specifications and product descriptions for both new and existing products.
Handle product registration processes, from preparing supporting documents and ensuring packaging compliance with regulations to monitoring registration progress in the BPOM system.
Prepare and maintain export documentation for product distribution to various countries.
What We’re Looking For:Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Food Technology, Chemistry, or any related field with a minimum GPA 3.00
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Research & Development at a managerial level, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG.
Proven experience managing end‑to‑end R&D for gummy candy products.
Hands‑on experience handling end‑to‑end halal and BPOM registrations.
Familiarity with quality and management systems such as 5S, ISO 2008, FSSC 22000, HACCP, Halal Assurance System (HAS 23000), and Kosher.
Strong sensory evaluation skills.
