Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Oversee daily store operations, including sales, promotions, merchandising, stock control, visual merchandising, and replenishment.
- Monitor performance and implement strategies to maximize profit and minimize shrinkage.
- Coach and develop staff to build strong, high-performing teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline, GPA ≥ 2,75. (Diploma degrees with experience are welcome).
- Maximum 32 years old.
- Experience in retail fashion would be an advantage.
- Possess great conceptual thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal skill, & leadership potential.
- Have a good selling skill and multitasking ability.
- Good in English and computer literate.
- Not color-blind, and willing to work in shift.
