Job Description – IT Analyst (Management Strategic Department)
  • Analyze business needs and translate them into IT/system solutions.
  • Design, develop, and implement information systems that support the company's management strategies.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of existing IT systems and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage data, prepare analytical reports, and deliver insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Coordinate with other departments (Finance, HR, Production, Sales, etc.) to ensure smooth system integration.
  • Develop system documentation, SOPs, and user manuals related to applications/systems.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance data security and system performance.
  • Stay updated on the latest technology trends and apply them based on company needs.

Qualifications
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an IT Analyst / Business Analyst / System Analyst.
  • Strong understanding of database, data management, and business process modeling.
  • Proficient in data and system analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent).
  • Ability to create technical and business documentation (Flowcharts, UML, Use Case, etc.).
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, system integration, and digital transformation is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work across departments, both independently and in teams, under tight deadlines.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken, is a plus.
