We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Event & B2C Sales Executive to strengthen our brand presence and drive direct-to-consumer sales. In this role, you will be responsible for growing brand visibility and revenue through event participation, online engagement, and retail partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and coordinate events or bazaars for brand participation to increase product exposure and boost direct sales.
  • Manage and develop our Instagram account, including content planning and assisting with basic design (this is a supporting task, not the main focus).
  • Plan and monitor Instagram ads to support sales and brand awareness objectives.
  • Handle consignment and store orders, including coordination with retail partners and ensuring timely fulfillment.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance from events and consignment stores and provide insights for future improvements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with event organizers and retail partners to secure better opportunities and prime locations.
  • Coordinate product inventory for events and consignment outlets, ensuring stock readiness and attractive product presentation.
  • Assist in developing promotional materials and event booth setups to enhance brand experience.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
  • Experience in sales, event coordination, or brand activation is a plus.
  • Familiarity with social media management (especially Instagram), including basic content planning and ad management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Willing to travel or work on-site at events when needed.
