We are currently looking for an experienced and professional Front Office Manager to lead our front office operations and ensure an outstanding customer journey across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and motivate the Front Office team to deliver exceptional guest service.
- Develop, implement, and maintain clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all front office operations.
- Oversee daily front office activities including guest reception, booking, and customer inquiries.
- Ensure the front desk area is always clean, organized, and guest-ready.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally to maintain service excellence.
- Coordinate closely with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance service quality and professionalism.
- Prepare operational reports and propose process improvements to management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Management, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Front Office Manager or similar role, preferably in a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment.
- Proven ability to establish and enforce Front Office SOPs.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with high attention to detail and professionalism.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is required.
