Core Responsibilities:
Daily operation management, assisting in managing daily warehouse activities; inventory control, implementing and improving warehouse efficiency;
local team management, recruiting and developing the team;
safety and compliance, strictly abiding by relevant laws and regulations;
System operation and reporting, proficient in using warehouse management systems and ERP systems, etc., and generating reports to report to superiors.
Necessary Requirements: Background in warehouse management, logistics or related majors; ability to speak Chinese and conduct daily communication in Chinese.
Other Requirements: more than 3 years of relevant work experience in warehouse management; those with relevant work experience in Miniso or OHome are preferred.
