Job Summary:

To support the process of Allocation to Stores by creating the STO, DO, and PO and analyze the needs of Replenishment and doing the daily merchandise replenishment, and all Operational needs in terms of Delivery Documents and GR from DC to Stores.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Input the replenishment for All Store by system.
  • Create the analysis of sales and stock available both at stores and DC to the stores that asking the additional merchandises, and coordinate with Brand/Key Account to double check the correct capacity space wall/fixture display in order to ensure the allocation process are align with merchandise numbers capacity.
  • Create the proposed PO/Delivery Orders for specific Department Stores/Stores whose requested PO/DO.
  • Manage the additional merchandise allocation from Brand and Merchandising for specific campaign or promo that requires double display.
  • Handling the delivery issue or related to late GR and managing the.
  • DC stock as per Brand request for New Store allocation.
  • Communicate and coordinate with Key Account before creating STO to ensure enough capacity at store before allocate merchandise.
  • Daily replenishment for Top Selling Stores in order to support the Store's achievement and sales.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in relevant experiences.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
  • Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work collaboratively across teams.
