We are seeking motivated and analytical professionals to join our client's Consulting team. In this role, you will help clients navigate digital transformation by analyzing business processes, identifying improvement areas, and ensuring successful adoption of new systems and organizational changes.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct As-Is and Gap Analysis across business processes, systems, and organization structures, and prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRD) in English.
Design To-Be solutions aligned with new system implementations, driving organizational transformation and performance improvement.
Develop and execute Change Impact Assessments, identify skill gaps, and collaborate with HR to create effective training and development plans.
Monitor implementation progress, validate business value, and support continuous process optimization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Forestry Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in business analysis or digital transformation projects, with at least one project involving organizational change.
Experience in a leading consulting firm (e.g., Accenture, IBM, BCG) is an advantage.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Adaptable and able to handle frequent short- and long-term business travel.
