Chief Financial Officer – SPS Corporate

As the Chief Financial Officer at SPS Corporate, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial operations and providing strategic financial leadership. This is a full‑time role based in Surabaya, East Java.

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's overall business objectives.
  • Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Oversee preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and make recommendations to the executive team.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience (8+ years) in a senior finance or accounting role, preferably within the Accounting and Management industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful financial strategies.
  • Excellent financial analysis and reporting skills.
  • Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Proficient in the use of financial software and data analysis tools.
  • CPA or equivalent professional qualification highly desirable.

  • Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting/Business Accounting or related field. MBA, CPA/CFA preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of senior financial leadership role experience, ideally in a manufacturing company or group holding structure.
  • Proven track record in strategic finance management, corporate finance, capital management, PSAK and Indonesian tax regulations.
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively with CEO, Boards and senior leadership team.
  • Excellent leadership and team‑building skills with experience managing multiple entities.
  • Strong communication and partnership capabilities to engage with bank, investors and external stakeholders.
  • International finance experience preferred.
  • Experience in mergers and acquisitions and investor relations is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Group's financial planning, reporting, analysis, and controlling function.
  • Partner with CEO and Board to provide strategic financial insight and recommendation.
  • Oversee tax, treasury, funding, cash flow management and capital allocation/structure to support growth, expansion and investment projects.
  • Manage group consolidation, financial governance and risk management in compliance with Indonesian regulations.
  • Drive profitability improvement, cost efficiency, cash flow optimization and performance of investment across the subsidiaries and affiliate.
  • Develop and strengthen financial policies, internal control and governance system across the entities.
  • Lead, mentor and build a capable finance team that supports long‑term company sustainable growth.
Chief Officer – Bulk Carrier Fleet

Our company PT Golden Ocean Line operates and owns bulk carriers in Indonesia. We are the leading shipping, warehouse, and container yard provider in Indonesia. We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Chief Officer (Chief Mate) to join our Bulk Carrier fleet.

  • Valid Certificate of Competency – Chief Mate (ANT II or equivalent).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as Chief Officer on Bulk Carrier vessels, or 3 years as 2nd Officer on similar types of ships.
  • Strong knowledge of cargo operations, ballast water management, and ship stability principles.
  • Excellent understanding of ISM, MARPOL, SOLAS, and Load Line Conventions.
  • Effective leadership and good interpersonal communication skills.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Medically fit with a valid Seafarer's Medical Certificate.

Chief Security Officer – Facility Management
  • Lead and oversee the entire security team across all assigned locations, ensuring the implementation of security policies and procedures.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, incident reports, and strategic security recommendations.
  • Develop and implement security plans tailored to each location's needs.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing guidance, training, and support.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop preventive measures.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and certifications.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in a security leadership role, preferably in a multi‑location setup.
  • Must hold a valid Gada Utama certification.
  • Fluent in English (active), with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Thorough understanding of security protocols, risk management, and emergency response procedures.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours, including on‑call availability.
  • Good physical condition and ability to handle high‑pressure situations effectively.
Director – Finance and Accounting
  • Candidate must possess at least a Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Finance, Accounting, and equivalent.
  • Having experience in finance managerial, accounting analyst, or related positions for at least 5 years.
  • Strong familiarity with productivity tools such as Microsoft Office.
  • Prior experience using database tools and spreadsheet software such as Microsoft Excel.
  • Working knowledge of accounting software will be an added advantage.
  • Strong listening and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi‑task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
