Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute creative concepts for marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand communication in the jewelry and gold retail
  • Manage the production of visual content, including photography, videography, social media content, promotional materials, and in-store media
  • Ensure consistency of visual identity across all platforms (digital, print, events, exhibitions, retail stores)
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Communication & Sales, to create engaging brand storytelling
  • Lead and supervise the creative team (designers, photographers, videographers, content creators) to deliver high-quality outputs
  • Research trends in jewelry and gold retail industries to inspire innovative creative strategies

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication Design, Creative Media, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5–7 years of experience in creative/media management, preferably in retail, fashion, or jewelry
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative direction in branding, visual storytelling, and digital content
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to guide creative teams
  • Strong understanding of design trends, digital platforms, and retail customer engagement
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly creative with a passion for jewelry and luxury branding
