Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Operations

  • Lead and manage all branch activities across corporate services, including business setup, accounting, tax, HR, immigration, and licensing.
  • Supervise and develop a team of consultants and support staff, providing coaching, guidance, and performance feedback.
  • Ensure branch compliance with company policies, service standards, and government regulations.

Business Development & Client Management

  • Drive new business opportunities and achieve revenue growth targets through effective client acquisition and retention.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for cross-selling.
  • Represent the branch in networking events, seminars, and business forums to enhance visibility and business reach.

Financial & Performance Management

  • Monitor branch P&L, financial performance, and budget management.
  • Implement cost-effective practices to maximize profitability.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports and forecasts to senior management.

Strategic Contribution

  • Provide insights on local market trends, client needs, and competitive landscape to support InCorp's national strategy.
  • Collaborate with HQ and other branches to ensure operational consistency and service excellence.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Finance, Law, or related fields (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum
    7 years

of professional experience, with at least
3 years

in a
managerial role

in
consulting, corporate services, or professional services firms.
- Background in Operational, Business Management, Area/Branch/Regional Management roles.
- English

(professional business level).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian business regulations, compliance processes, and corporate service operations.
- Proven business development capability, client relationship management, and P&L responsibility. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates from outside the listed cities are welcome to apply (no relocation package provided).
