Job Description:
Market Research & Data Analysis:
Gather market and competitor data from various sources (internal and external)
- Support in conducting basic research on customer trends and industry updates
Maintain databases and ensure data accuracy for analysis purposes
Data Analysis & Reporting
Assist in preparing simple reports on market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance
- Support supervisor or management by providing intial analysis & data visualization
Create presentations and reports based on collected data for internal meetings
Business & Strategy Support
Provide administrative and analytical support for strategic planning activities
- Assist in monitoring product performance against competitors
Help to monitor customer feedback based on available data
Coordination & Support
Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to gather necessary data or information
- Support cross-department projects by providing data input and basic analysis
- Maintain communication with external parties (e.g., research vendors or associations) for updated information when required
