Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strong leadership in managing all academic and non-academic operations of the school.
- Develop and implement the school's vision, mission, and strategic plans in line with Cambridge International standards and local regulations.
- Oversee academic programs to ensure excellence in teaching, learning, and student outcomes.
- Lead, inspire, and manage senior leaders, teachers, and staff to foster a collaborative and professional school culture.
- Establish and maintain effective communication with parents, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Ensure financial sustainability and efficient resource management of the school.
- Represent the school to government bodies, Cambridge International, and other educational institutions.
- Promote innovation in teaching and learning while upholding strong values and discipline.
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree or higher in Education, Educational Leadership, or related field.
- Minimum 7–10 years of leadership experience in international or SPK schools, preferably with Cambridge curriculum.
- Strong track record in school management, academic supervision, and organizational development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Proven ability to manage budgets, policies, and compliance with educational regulations.
- A visionary leader with the ability to drive continuous improvement and inspire the school community.
