- Analyze/conduct a feasibility study of business needs.
- Measure the cost and benefit before and after the use and development of technology/systems.
- Collaborate with business users & internal IT to identify problems/opportunities within the business.
- Create a systematic plan with users for problems to be solved and/or solutions to be implemented.
- Create functional requirements (input, process & output) that meet business needs, for development by internal or external teams.
- Oversee the system's viability during the planning, testing, and implementation stages.
- Collaborate with business users & internal IT for system analysis and evaluation.
- Review the implementation/utilization of IT products & services to achieve the previously calculated cost & benefit.
- Manage projects' priority to remain in line with business strategy & objectives.
- Collaborate with the System Analyst to ensure the built/developed system provides maximum benefit.
- Collaborate with IT Operation & Support to evaluate the suitability/unsuitability of the cost & benefit between the plan and the actual result.
- Ensure the project runs according to the planned scope, timeline, and resources.
- Accountable to the IT Business Partner Manager.
