Job Description
- Create content strategy to increase brand awareness to reach TOMA (top of mind awareness). Following with increasing brand consideration.
- Align with GD and Reg. Marketing to develop & execute brand campaign push through external channels: Online Ads (OM), KOL, and article.
- Online ads asset creation (liase with creative/GD) and asset performance monitoring (liase with Reg. Marketing)
- Collaborate to ideate special projects with other brand MKT team members.
- Work closely with Business Campaign/Project Team in executing branding campaigns or supporting other campaigns/projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
- Professionals with 2 - 3 years of experience in brand strategy, ie: strategic planner in advertising agency/brand consultant, brand executive in fintech, banking, FMCG, or other company.
- Experience in brand ideation & channel push: online media & KOL
- Good copywriting skill
- Strong individual contributor in terms of brand ideation & plan execution.
- High attention to detail and branding design aesthetics.
- Able to keep up with the fast-moving industry.
- Good in teamwork and managing workload.
- Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn
- Knowledgeable in the fintech industry (e-wallet, paylater, cash loan, etc) is a plus.
- Excellent communication in Indonesian and good english communication skill is a plus.
