Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager located in BSD, Tangerang. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for formulate and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand presence, lead the marketing team in developing effective brand strategies, marketing plans, and campaigns that align with the company's overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Product portfolio management and profitability oversight.
- Forecasting and strategic planning to support business growth.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders in the agricultural sector.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in any discipline.
- Over 3 years of experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably in the agrochemical or agro-input market.
- Strong expertise in market research, analysis, and problem-solving.
- Proven leadership and people management skills.
- Skilled in developing marketing strategies, branding, promotions, and campaign management.
- Experienced in budgeting, product profitability management, and understanding P&L.
- Strategic thinker with an innovative management approach.
