Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Magelang for a Senior Sales Manager. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Daily tasks will include overseeing the sales team, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with other departments to ensure the highest standard of service and client satisfaction.

  • Client Relationship Management and Customer Service skills
  • Team Leadership, Mentorship, and Performance Management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
