About the role
This full-time contract opportunity for a HR Generalist (Korean Speaker) at PT Serveone MRO Indonesia in Bekasi Regency, West Java offers an exciting chance to be part of a dynamic, international company. As a HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting the company's human resources operations and ensuring a positive work environment for all employees.
What you'll be doing
- Providing comprehensive HR support, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, and performance management
- Serving as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries and addressing employee concerns effectively
- Assisting with the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless HR service delivery
- Maintaining accurate employee records and data in the HR information system
- Conducting HR audits and identifying areas for improvement
- Offering HR guidance and advice to managers and employees
- Providing translation support for Korean-speaking employees
What we're looking for
- Intermediate level in Korean Language
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a HR Generalist, preferably in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and HR information systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proactive, adaptable, and customer-focused mindset
