WE'RE HIRING: E-COMMERCE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Location: Magelang, Central Java (Onsite)
Company: PT Libero Lifestyle Indonesia (Libero Hub Magelang Branch)
Main Responsibilities:
Handle customer chats across platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop) in a friendly and professional manner
Manage orders, inquiries, and customer complaints
Follow up on orders and provide product or promotion information
Support marketplace administrative tasks
Contribute to improving customer satisfaction and loyalty
Qualifications:
Minimum high school graduate (SMA/SMK or equivalent)
At least 1 year of experience as Customer Service or managing online marketplace (seller dashboard)
Basic English communication skills
Detail-oriented, communicative, and friendly
Willing to work onsite in Magelang and in shift schedules
