WE'RE HIRING: E-COMMERCE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Location: Magelang, Central Java (Onsite)

Company: PT Libero Lifestyle Indonesia (Libero Hub Magelang Branch)

Main Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer chats across platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop) in a friendly and professional manner

  • Manage orders, inquiries, and customer complaints

  • Follow up on orders and provide product or promotion information

  • Support marketplace administrative tasks

  • Contribute to improving customer satisfaction and loyalty

Qualifications:

  • Minimum high school graduate (SMA/SMK or equivalent)

  • At least 1 year of experience as Customer Service or managing online marketplace (seller dashboard)

  • Basic English communication skills

  • Detail-oriented, communicative, and friendly

  • Willing to work onsite in Magelang and in shift schedules
