Senior Collection Head

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee end-to-end collection operations

• Develop and execute collection strategies to optimize recovery rates and minimize risk.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Analyze performance data to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Risk, Product, and Finance teams to improve overall portfolio quality.

• Coach, mentor, and build a strong, motivated collection team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Collection Management, preferably in Fintech or Financial Services.

• Proven experience in risk management, collection analytics, and process improvement.

• Strong leadership and people management skills.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making abilities.

• Strategic mindset with hands-on operational capability.
