Responsibilities :

  • Memperkenalkan brand & produk MEVAL kepada customer melalui project ke pemerintah, developer, property, kontraktor, arsitek dan sejenisnya

  • Mencapai target yang ditentukan perusahaan

  • Mencari project baru, melakukan negosiasi dan memfollow up nya

  • Memperluas jaringan pasar dan memberikan pelayanan terbaik terhadap konsumen

  • Mengkoordinir pelaksanaan project sampai selesai

  • Bertanggung jawab terhadap operasional project dan peningkatan omset divisi project

  • Mengawasi, mengarahkan dan melakukan kontrol pekerjaan team sales project yang menjadi tanggung jawabnya

Requirements :

  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing/Business Administration/Economy/Management

  • Work Experiences minimal 5 years as Sales Project Manager from FMCG/Electrical/Lighting

  • Ability to read, write and speak the English language to communicate with employees, customers, suppliers, in person, on the phone, and by written communication in a clear, straight-forward, and professional manner

  • Strong program management skills with ability to set and meet deadlines

  • Knowledge of sales strategies in project channel

  • Strong attention to detail balanced with the ability to think strategically

  • Have many project channel to propose with

  • Possess a self-motivated, competitive spirit and desire to recruit, manage and motivate sales project team

  • Good in communication and presentation skill

  • Ability and willingness to travel to multiple locations with account executives

  • Strong computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office suite.
