Market Claim Engineer

Bridge market feedback with production quality and vendor management. This role ensures customer complaints and product failures from the field are collected, analyzed, and translated into corrective actions, while coordinating warranty and claim recovery processes with suppliers.

What You Will Do:
  • Collect and categorize customer claims received through Service and QA channels
  • Conduct joint root cause analysis (RCA) with Quality Control and vendor teams
  • Maintain and analyze claim databases to identify recurring failure trends (e.g., top 5 failure modes)
  • Coordinate logistics and documentation for part returns and supplier credit claims
  • Provide feedback on quality issues to relevant process owners and monitor improvements
  • Track claim and replacement status from manufacturing and material suppliers
  • Support preventive actions by feeding insights back to R&D for design or process improvements
What You Will Need:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in QA, warranty, or field quality roles within automotive or consumer electronics industries
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with proficiency in QC 7 Tools and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
  • Skilled in Ms. Office and familiar with ERP systems for claim tracking
  • Good English communication skills for coordination with suppliers and internal stakeholders
