We are currently recruiting professional candidates for Administration Site Project to join and work at High Volt Technology with the following qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree or at least 3 (three) years of experience working in Electrical Site Project Administration, Electrical Installation, and Power Switching (GIS/AIS Substation Projects). Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for this position;
- Able to demonstrated discipline, thoroughness, tenacity, and the ability to work under pressure, as well as being accustomed to meeting deadlines.
- Able to prepare reports related to work activities;
- Have adequate communication skills;
- Willing to be placed and work outside the city.
Candidates will be assigned and responsible for the following:
- Document Administration: Storing and managing all project documents, incoming and outgoing letters, technical archives (such as shop drawings), and ensuring documents are organized chronologically and easily accessible;
- Documentation and Reporting: Performing data entry, recording project progress (weekly/monthly reports), and preparing reports related to site fund usage, including recording project expenditures and reviewing operational costs and reimbursements, to be submitted to the Project Manager or relevant parties.
- Meeting Management: Scheduling, organizing, and recording meeting minutes, and ensuring all team members are prepared with the necessary documents for the meeting.
- Able to coordinate with other departments and relevant superiors;
- Communication: Sending documents, reminding the team or other parties about follow-up letters or tasks, and communicating effectively with colleagues and clients.
