Responsibilities:

  • Design competitive and fair Compensation & Benefits strategies that align with business needs and market trends.
  • Manage the end-to-end payroll process accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with regulations.
  • Analyze salary structures and conduct benchmarking to provide recommendations that support talent attraction and retention strategies.
  • Develop relevant and impactful benefits programs that promote employee well-being (health, rewards, recognition, etc.).
  • Provide data-driven insights to management regarding labor costs, benefits program effectiveness, and the ROI of C&B policies.
  • Act as a strategic partner to HR and management in decision-making related to remuneration and rewards.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end payroll processes (data management, calculations, compliance, reporting).
- Strategic, analytical, and data-driven thinking.
- Experience in market surveys/salary benchmarking is a plus.
- Proficient in using HRIS/payroll software.
- Communicative, detail-oriented, and able to work cross-functionally.
