Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager (Freight Forwarding), located in Pulogadung. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, developing and implementing strategic plans, coordinating with internal teams, and overseeing the entire freight forwarding process. Day-to-day tasks include addressing client inquiries, resolving service issues, tracking shipments, and providing timely updates to clients. The role requires close collaboration with various departments to ensure the smooth delivery of services.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans
  • Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, and supply chain management
  • Ability to coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in using logistics and shipment tracking software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Ability to work on-site in Pulogadung and Highly adaptable to frequent & prolonged business travel.
