Scope of Work
The scope of responsibilities includes
· Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly settlement reports for partners.
· Performing transaction reconciliation between internal records and partner data.
· Identifying and following up on discrepancies or mismatches in settlement data.
· Maintaining organized documentation of settlement reports and supporting files.
· Coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure the accuracy of settlement processes.
· Supporting internal and external audits by providing accurate financial data and reports.
Qualification:
· Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP) and reporting tools.
· Attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to manage large sets of financial data.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written, for internal coordination and partner engagement
