Job Description:
- Lead and supervise all garment factory operations to ensure that the production process runs smoothly, efficiently, and according to targets.
- Manage production planning, human resource management, quality control, and maintenance of machinery and production facilities.
- Collaborate with the PPIC, QA/QC, technical, and HR departments to ensure product quality, timely delivery, and buyer satisfaction.
- Analyse and implement process improvements (continuous improvement) to enhance productivity and cost efficiency.
- Handle internal and external audits, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards and company regulations.
- Prepare regular production performance reports for management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum education of Bachelor's degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 8 years of work experience as a Manager in the Garment Industry
- Understanding of production planning and inventory control management, garment industry production flow, and garment industry quality control
- Ability to manage, guide, and develop the entire team performing various tasks.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
- Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
