Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a System Analyst, based in Jakarta, Indonesia, with the option for occasional remote work. The System Analyst will be responsible for evaluating and improving system performance, conducting business analyses, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with stakeholders to align technology solutions with business needs. Daily tasks will involve analyzing user requirements, designing efficient systems, and ensuring seamless IT operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Systems Analysis and Business Analysis to evaluate and define organizational needs
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess data and derive actionable insights
- Knowledge of Information Technology for designing, implementing, and maintaining systems
- Experience in Troubleshooting to resolve system-related challenges efficiently
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Familiarity with system integration and project management methodologies is a plus
