Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve business growth targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry partners.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities in electronic security and technology solutions.
- Work with international organizations that uphold strong ethical and operational standards.
- Utilize CRM and reporting systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics) for sales tracking and forecasting.
- Collaborate with technical and regional leadership teams to deliver custom, technology-driven client solutions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of B2B sales experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven success managing teams and relationships with international and high-profile clients.
- A background in technology or engineering is highly regarded.
- Strong understanding of CRM tools and performance reporting systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
