JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a Logistics Staff with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills to manage warehouse stock, oversee delivery operations, and ensure efficient logistics processes. You will be responsible for coordinating shipments and maintaining accurate documentation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor warehouse stock levels, ensure availability, and record all incoming and outgoing goods.
- Plan delivery schedules and routes, manage required documentation, and ensure goods arrive on time and in good condition.
- Actively communicate with warehouse teams, suppliers, and shipping services to ensure seamless logistics operations.
- Create and manage logistics documents such as delivery notes, invoices, and routine stock reports.
- Provide prompt and effective solutions for issues such as delivery delays or damaged goods.
- Inspect the quantity and quality of goods in the warehouse.
- Oversee distribution processes and prepare operational reports.
- Ensure proper storage and arrangement of goods in accordance with SOPs.
- Uphold safety, occupational health, and environmental standards in all logistics activities.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Candidates with a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Management, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management are preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations
- Proficient in computer systems and software
- Detail-oriented and disciplined
- Strong communication skills and a team player
