Job Descriptions:

  • Develop and implement B2B sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Identify new market opportunities, key industry segments, and potential business partners.
  • Forecast sales targets, track progress, and report performance to management.
  • Acquire and manage relationships with corporate clients or institutions.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored business solutions.
  • Lead contract negotiations and ensure client satisfaction throughout the engagement.
  • Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of deals and campaigns.
  • Provide market insights and customer feedback to improve product offerings and sales approaches.
  • Supervise, coach, and motivate the B2B sales team to achieve performance targets.
  • Foster a high-performance and customer-centric sales culture.
  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of sales professionals to meet and consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Familiar with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
  • Able to work under pressure, target-driven, and highly collaborative.
  • Good command of English is preferred.
